Breton Sport & Trophy Cougars go 3-0-1 in round robin play to finish 4th overall in the 23 team Esso Major Bantam Challenge Tournament held late November in Halifax.

Western went on to be eventual tournament champions with wins over Moncton 4 to 1 and Bedford 4 to 1

Cougars were recipients of the Tournament Team Award for outstanding conduct, both on and off the ice.
Cougar forward Mat Feener won the scoring award for the highest point total in round robin play.
Mat also won a position on the second all star team.
